The Purus range

Four configurations. One platform.

A consistent vessel architecture across four form factors — from a compact 1 m² unit for small commercial duty, through a building-scale fixed unit and a skid-mounted industrial system, to a 20-ft containerised unit for mining and mobile deployment. Same filter elements, same maintenance philosophy.

Range overview

Pick the size. Pick the element. Done.

Throughput and deployment context drive the size choice. Water quality target drives the filter element choice. Across the range the same five filter elements apply, so you can dial flow, removal target and operating economics independently of unit size.

Note on throughput. All throughput figures shown are for gel-membrane configuration — the most demanding water-quality target on the platform. Coarser element selections (3 µm through 20 µm) deliver significantly higher flow at the same vessel footprint. Sizing for your duty is part of the engineering conversation.

Purus 20.1 compact fixed unit
Compact / 1 m² footprint

Purus 20.1

The smallest of the range. Fits a 1 m² floor footprint with 20 kL/day throughput — engineered for small commercial duty, specialised process water and remote or off-grid installs where space is the binding constraint.

Throughput ~20 kL/day
Footprint 1 m²
  • Small commercial buildings
  • Boutique hospitality
  • Remote / off-grid sites
  • Specialised process water
Purus 50.2 small fixed unit
Small / fixed unit

Purus 50.2

A compact fixed unit sized for buildings and small industrial duties. Plant-room or plantroom-adjacent install; runs on standard utilities.

Throughput ~58 kL/day
Footprint 2 × 2 × 2 m
  • 6-star buildings
  • HVAC make-up
  • Craft breweries
  • Light industrial
Purus 100.5 skid
Skid-mounted

Purus 100.5

A skid-mounted unit for industrial-scale duties. Plug-and-play install on a flat slab with utilities; ideal for process-water clarification at industrial sites.

Throughput ~100 m³/day
Footprint Skid
  • Industrial process water
  • Dam & bore treatment
  • Food production lots
  • Manufacturing chillers
Purus 100.20 containerised
20-ft containerised

Purus 100.20

A 20-ft ISO containerised unit for high-throughput and mobile deployment. Lift, drop, connect — designed for remote and temporary sites where bigger volumes are needed without fixed install.

Throughput ~3 ML / 30 days
Footprint 20-ft ISO
  • Mining water
  • Irrigation pre-treatment
  • Mobile / temporary sites
  • Emergency & remote duty
Side by side

The range at a glance.

Same vessel architecture and same five filter elements available across every model. Choose the model by throughput and deployment; choose the element by water quality target and operating economics.

Model Form factor Throughput Best for
Purus 20.1 Compact / 1 m² ~20 kL/day Small commercial, boutique hospitality, remote / off-grid, specialised process water
Purus 50.2 Small / fixed ~58 kL/day 6-star buildings, HVAC, craft breweries, light industrial
Purus 100.5 Skid-mounted ~100 m³/day Industrial process water, dams & bores, food production, chillers
Purus 100.20 20-ft containerised ~3 ML / 30 days Mining, irrigation pre-treatment, mobile and remote duty
Tailored to your site

Need a custom configuration?

The four configurations above cover the most common deployment patterns — but every site has constraints. Non-standard footprint, mixed element trains, regulated-environment materials, integration with existing infrastructure, or throughput that lands between the standard sizes. The engineering team scopes custom builds end-to-end.

Sized to your throughput

Non-standard daily volumes scoped against your duty cycle, recovery target and feedwater profile.

Custom footprint

Vertical, horizontal or modular form factors for tight plant rooms and stacked installs.

Element train mix

Multi-stage trains (e.g. 20 µm → 3 µm → Gel) tailored to your feedwater chemistry and water-quality target.

Materials & finish

Food-grade, pharma-grade or marine-grade vessel materials and surface finishes for regulated environments.

Run your own numbers.

Flow, water price, electricity, duty cycle, multi-vessel scaling — plug your inputs into the Filter Builder and see what each Purus configuration delivers as an annual return.
