This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at bluequest.com.au, the Purus Filter Builder tool, and any related digital services.

• Technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically collects standard request data including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timing. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and basic site analytics.

We do not collect sensitive information (as defined by the Privacy Act) through this website unless you choose to provide it in a contact-form message.

• Service providers. Including our customer-relationship-management (CRM) provider (HubSpot), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and our email provider (Microsoft 365). These providers process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations.

• Authorities. Where required by law, regulation, or legitimate request from a regulatory authority.

Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia (for example, HubSpot operates data centres globally). We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your data in a manner consistent with the APPs.

5. How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. These steps include the use of encrypted transport (HTTPS) on our website, access controls on our CRM and email systems, and standard security practices on our hosting infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Where we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will respond in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

6. How long we keep your information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including managing the customer relationship, satisfying legal and record-keeping obligations, and resolving disputes. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

The website may use a small number of essential cookies required for basic functionality (for example, remembering form-submission state). We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

• Correct information that is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, or misleading
• Complain if you believe we have breached the APPs
